2) The aluminum in liquid in 730°C is cast into complete forms once for all by 800T automotive die-caster.

3) During die cast every hour we will cut one blank to test the thickness in order to garantee the minimum thickness is above    1.8mm. 

4) Thermal output: 123W/Sec.( ΔT=50°C)

191W/Sec.( ΔT=70°C)

5) Testing pressure: 24 Bars /Atms( 2.4 Mpa ) Max.

6) working pressure:15 Bars /Atms ( 15 Mpa ) Max.

7) Standard Color : RAL 9010 / 9003 / 9016

8) Guarantee: 10 years 5≤PH≤9. CI≤120mg/L
